Wigs & Bundles

All sales are final, therefore we do not offer refunds.

We take pride in our products and services provided to all customers, however in an unlikely case whereby your order was incorrect or damaged we would be more than happy to exchange the item for you.

All orders must be returned in the original packaging, Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products.

Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.

This would have to be done within the first 24hours of receiving the item by including attachments of clear photo evidence of the damage on the item. Once you have received a response, you have a 24 hour window to send an email back to us with the tracking number of return. 

Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.

In a circumstance where a refund has been approved your payment will be refunded back to your original payment gateway within 7-10 days.

Services

Payment - A non refundable fee of 25£ deposit will be required to book a slot, this will be deducted from your total bill on the day of the appointment. CASH ONLY balance accepted if not an additional £5 fee is collected for transfer.

Emergency appointment / Out of hours - Emergency appointments / Out of hours are offered with an extra charge of £20. Anytime before 9am and after 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday. Send an email to book.

Cancellations & Rescheduling - In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. 
To reschedule your appointment please request via email first. In order to reschedule without paying, you must do so at least 48hrs before your appointment date. 
Please note: You will only be able to reschedule once within the same month. I do not allow reschedules to be taken to the following month.

Late arrival - Please arrive on time for your appointment as 15mins lateness will attract a £10 fee and 30mins lateness will result to cancellation of appointment with no refund which is non negotiable.

Hair & Hygiene - Hair must be washed clean and have a blow dry without cornrows before any appointment. Please note that hygiene is an integral part of this process, I will refuse to work on ‘unhygienic hair’. If this standard is not met, I will reserve the right to refuse to continue with the appointment without any refund.

Bundles Advice - For full head sew-ins a minimum of 3 bundles is required for an install and when purchasing longer lengths (unless wefts are thick) it is ideal to use 4 bundles for fullness.

For only ponytail installs a minimum of 2 bundles is required.

Any bundle from us must be purchased before the day of your appointment and all foreign bundles must be washed clean and properly dried without any products.
