Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a style, length, or color may not be exactly what you envisioned. FARII accepts eligible returns requested within 5 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Have the original FARII tag attached and remain in new, saleable condition.
• Include all original packaging (box, net, tags, dust bag, etc.).
• Not be altered in any way (including brushing, cutting, coloring, or bleaching).
• Not show any signs of wear or use.
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with your purchase to receive a full refund. Should you choose to keep the gift, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as FARII cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
